The catalysts of the NIAP-01-01 series (previously produced under the trademark AKM) are designed for the hydrogenation of organosulfur compounds contained in natural gas. They are used in the production of ammonia, methanol, hydrogen, acetic acid and other industries using catalytic processing of natural gas.
The active components are complex compounds of cobalt (nickel) and molybdenum deposited on a highly developed surface of active aluminum oxide. They are available in the form of extruded granules.
