The NIAP-01-01K catalyst is designed for hydrogenation of organosulfur compounds contained in hydrocarbon raw materials. It is used in the production of ammonia, methanol, industrial hydrogen, acetic acid and other processes using the catalytic processing of hydrocarbons.
The active components of the catalyst are complex compounds of cobalt and molybdenum deposited on a highly developed surface of active aluminum oxide. The catalyst is available in the form of extruded granules and does not require additional screening before loading.
The catalyst can withstand overheating up to 450°C, which ensures its stable operation in extreme conditions. It does not take time to restore the catalyst — it starts working immediately after heating up, entering operating mode and gas supply.
