The NIAP-04-02 catalyst has an optimized shape with six holes in the granules, which ensures highly efficient operation of mine converters under increased loads. The NIAP-04-02 catalyst does not contain dust and does not require sieving before loading. It remains highly active after short-term overheating above 1400 °C and allows heating at a rate of 150-170 °C per hour. With a uniform compacted loading, there is no shrinkage of the catalyst.
These qualities, combined in a combined loading, increase the service life of the catalysts and the mixer, as well as increase the converter's performance.
